The Final Cut is a contemporary American steakhouse featuring a combination of hand selected USDA Mid-western Prime Beef and American Wagyu that has been cornfed and naturally aged up to four weeks to ensure maximum flavor and texture.

Meet the Chef

Chef Reinaldo "Rei" Cruz-rodriguez

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Rei has worked in top casino resort kitchens across Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Springfield, including one launched by legendary chef Wolfgang Puck. He’s traveled the world to study global cuisines and techniques. Since early 2022, Chef Rei has led the culinary team at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races—first at the sports bar, and now at Final Cut Steakhouse.
