- Face masks are no longer required, however, guests are welcome to wear masks if they choose to do so.
- Slot machines are thoroughly and regularly cleaned throughout the day. We have implemented similar protocols for table games.
- Sanitizer stations have been installed on the casino floor and are readily available throughout the facility.

FAQ
The casino is now open 24 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. At this time, Table Games will remain closed from 4AM to 8AM Tuesday- Thursday. The casino will remain closed from 4AM to 8AM Tuesday - Thursday.
How do I enter the casino?
Traffic to the casino will enter from Rt-340 and from 5th Avenue onto Hollywood Boulevard and will be directed to the East Garage.
What if I have an oversized vehicle that does not fit in the parking garage?
Please park across from the casino in the lot on Finish Line Avenue and enter through the East Garage entrance.
Will we honor expired driver’s licenses and ID’s because of closed DMV’s?
Starting September 1, 2021, All identification must be current and will NO LONGER be accepted by Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races for any wagers, gaming, or financial transactions, if expired.
Do I need to wear a mask to enter?
Face masks are no longer required within the casino or hotel. Guests are welcome to continue wearing face masks if they choose to do so.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is now permitted on the casino floor in designated areas.
What dining outlets and bars are open?
All of our dining outlets excluding the Epic Buffet and Skyline Terrace are open. Some of our outlets are operating on limited hours. The Skybox has moved to the old Epic Buffet location. Visit the dining section of our website for the most up to date hours.
What Table Games are available?
Currently we are offering Blackjack, Mini-Bacc, Spanish 21, Rapid Roulette, 3 Card Poker*, 4 Card Poker*, Pai Gow Poker*, Let it Ride*, High Card Flush*, Heads Up Hold’em Poker*, and Craps. Minimums vary by day and game type.
Is the Poker Room open?
The Poker Room is open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
When will spectators be permitted to watch Horse Racing?
The first-floor grandstand has reopened for live racing and simulcasting operations. Live racing will continue to be held at Charles Town on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with a first race post time of 7 p.m.
Is the Sportsbook open?
Yes. The Sportsbook is now open daily. The self-betting kiosks are open 24 hours a day.
What are the payout options for the Sportsbook?
Guests can cash out at the Sportsbook counter during operating hours. After hours, guests can cash out with a player service cashier. We also provide a mail pay option with instructions on the back of each ticket.
What if I lose my wagering ticket?
Guests should come to the Sportsbook counter to report any lost tickets and fill out a lost ticket claim form before we can start an inquiry.
Can I still get a hotel room?
Yes, we welcome you to stay with us at The Inn at Charles Town. Reservations can be made through our website.
Will the Shuttle Bus be running?
The shuttle bus will run hourly from The Inn at Charles Town to the Bus Entrance.
Shuttle Bus Hours of Operation:
Monday- Thursday: 10:30AM- 2:00AM
Friday- Sunday: 8:30AM- 4:00AM
The shuttle is not currently running to any other local hotel at this time. The shuttle will be disinfected after each trip. Masks are required for any non-vaccinated passenger.
Will there be concerts and live entertainment?
The Event Center is open and Entertainment is back! Tickets for concerts that have been postponed or rescheduled are valid for the new date or you may contact Ticketmaster for a refund. Updates on future Event Center entertainment can be found on our website under the entertainment tab.
