Frequently asked questions
Guests seeking to enter Hollywood Casino with a bag that is large enough to conceal prohibited items, such as backpacks, drawstring bags, tote bags, messenger bags, large shopping bags, etc., must be instructed to open the bag to allow for visual inspection. If the Security Officer cannot view the full bag contents, they must instruct the guest to remove items in the bag to allow for a full visual inspection. At no time should a Security Officer place his/her hands on or in a guest’s belongings.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons of any kind, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, projectiles, laser pointers, whistles, or other noisemakers, throwing objects of any kind, and selfie sticks.
WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CASINO AND IN THE EVENT CENTER AT ALL TIMES!
There is a specific, limited number of ADA seats available.
All shows require a ticket for admission unless stated otherwise. Tickets may be purchased at the PENN Play Center, the box office, or online via Ticketmaster.
Transfers can be executed via the Ticketmaster Application on your smartphone. We cannot guarantee refunds.

While not at the show doors, you must bring valid Identification to enter the casino doors.
Drink service is available right outside The Event Center. Food and drinks can also be purchased at any of the various restaurants or bars within the casino. No food or beverages served in glass may be brought inside The Event Center.
You can avoid the fees by purchasing tickets at the PENN Play Center or the box office.
All attendees must be 21+ to enter the casino’s Event Center. No minor can enter, even for a concert or with a guardian.
We have The Inn at Charles Town, which is owned by Hollywood Casino. There are also many other hotels nearby.
Doors open 1 hour prior to the show unless stated otherwise. All times and line-ups are subject to change without notice.
Free parking is available at the East and West Garages.
Food vouchers can be claimed at the box office before the show begins.
